if i found a webside that i think its interesting and wanna share those files with others, can i do so?

Infact,you have to read all those threads on the area that you wish to post to avoid double posting,there is nothing much you can do.Nevertheless,you may put a reminder on your post and state that you don't know the web site you recommend already posted by other members or not,hopefully the moderator will take no action on you if its really double post.
