红米烧猪手(图解)
调料:盐、料酒、鸡精、糖、酱油、姜、 醋

做法:猪爪爪切段焯水。葱姜爆香后加入焯好的爪爪,翻炒几分钟后加水。红曲米用水泡一小会,放入锅里,加调料后烧半个小时(可以用高压锅压一会)即可。
