1、木耳用温水浸泡,清理根部泥沙,掰成小片;葱切段,姜切片;广味香肠、豆腐、金针菇、香菇、口蘑、青菜洗净切好。_]D*z3^4J#x{#E.b

2、沙锅里放适量冷水,放入葱段和姜片在文火上烧开。将广味香肠、豆腐、金针菇、香菇、口蘑、木耳倒入沙锅内煮15分钟。加入粉丝煮5分钟,最后放青菜烫熟;加盐、鸡精、胡椒粉和香菜即成。
