2、四肢怕冷、阳虚症状者不宜多吃兔肉,此外,兔肉不能与鸭血同食,易致腹泻。

3、因为兔肉有水分,倒入油中炸时易溅油烫伤人,所以应先往油中撒盐,可防止弹油。
