大萝卜一个,削皮,洗净。盐适量。我用的这个萝卜,有2斤多一些,用了将近1/8杯的盐,萝卜和盐的具体比例,大概是100:2(重量比,不是体积比哈)

把萝卜块儿和盐搅和匀,上面压一个重物,放置2个多小时,中间搅和一次,这样腌的均匀些。这个图有点看不清楚哈,我是在萝卜上盖一个小一号的盆盖,然后用一个装满了水的大碗压在上面。'TH

4) 2个多小时以后,萝卜块儿变软,出水了,就是腌好了,用清水冲一下,再放置半个小时,沥干水分。
