1、将虾洗干净,却掉虾肠,剪掉虾须,从尾部向头部插入竹签。 )a(xZ|(u,Rb4U

2、将部份生盐倒进锅里,并将虾整齐的平摆在盐上面。最后再盖上一层粗盐。

3、盖上锅姜,慢火焗20分钟,然后待到盐稍凉了之后再将虾取出。OK!上碟!
