鲜鸡炖蘑菇
吃过饭店里的小鸡炖蘑菇,味道让人难忘.昨天刚好买了鸡和小蘑菇,自己就来做一下这道菜.鸡是现杀的肉鸡,比较大,用了一半,另一半放冰箱里下次用.

2.鸡洗干静斩成块,锅里冷水烧开放把鸡放进去煮一下,去沫盛盘.Mz&D
