由上至下铺好,将紫菜翻过来,饭朝下放在砧板上,放之前先用湿抹布擦一下砧板(防粘),馅料如内卷一般放在紫菜中间。

听说日本最高明的寿司师傅 只要1手就是手跟食物只接触一次 就可以完成一个寿司 那真是太厉害了
