红烧肉盐尽量少放,靠酱油提味比较好,白糖炒糖色其实用老抽的颜色就足够了,加冰糖甜味更醇厚!

红烧肉切之前先热锅然后把肥肉皮那面朝下烫烫t D/O Qe6k7n
有点焦糊味出来后再拿起切块x1[~vt8h
据说这样才是毛氏红烧肉的做法yl!s;vgz%|
盐尽量不要放,用豆酱提味更妙
